Because of chef cooks being able to provide us most fresh Sushi and we see, select and order what we want to eat easily, almost Sushi restaurants have counters. I will recommend taking a seat at counters in Sushi restaurants.

welcome to SHINISE website !

In this site, I will produce a Shinise program and broadcast it every month. In addition I will also present interesting information about Japanese food culture at any time.

Ancestral shops or restaurants are called SHINISE(老舗)in Japan. I would like to tell you traditional culture in Japan. Because Shinise restaurants contain many cultural elements, such as construction, fine arts, and landscape gardening, you can find Japanese traditional culture easily by going there. Besides Shinise restaurants in Tokyo are not very formal and so expensive.
