Because of chef cooks being able to provide us most fresh Sushi and we see, select and order what we want to eat easily, almost Sushi restaurants have counters. I will recommend taking a seat at counters in Sushi restaurants.
There are display windows in Japanese Restaurants and in which many food samples are displayed instead of menu. If you can not speak Japanese, you can select food easily. This is also Japanese hospitality. By the way only the tail of prawns is made with genuine article in this shinise restaurant.
